Google Drive

• We use regular google drive oauth based login to access your documents

• Only selected documents are ingested

• We can't access your documents offline, no other copy of your documents is made other than the ones you selected.

Encryption and Access

• All documents are encrypted at rest

• Document can't be accessed by anyone but you. You can access the docs only on coati.ai

Deleting Documents

• You can delete any doc at any time. It will be removed entirely from our storage systems

• If you go to your profile and press DELETE button it will delete all of your documents from all of our storage systems

User History

• We keep track of your documents and chats you have had with the platform. These will also be deleted when you ask to delete your profile.
